Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not permitted on the DataRadius platform. It applies to all users of the platform, including ISP operators, their team members, and subscribers who interact with platform-hosted services such as captive portals.
Permitted Use
You may use the platform to: manage internet service subscriber accounts and billing; configure and monitor MikroTik routers and other supported network devices; process subscriber payments through integrated payment gateways; create and deploy captive portals for hotspot authentication; manage fiber and GPON infrastructure; coordinate field operations and technician dispatch; access the API for authorized integrations.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform to: violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code; attempt to access other workspaces or tenant data; interfere with platform operations, security, or other users; send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through platform notification channels; host, store, or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights; use the API in a manner that degrades service for other users (excessive rate, denial-of-service patterns); circumvent authentication, access controls, or rate limits; resell platform access without written agreement.
Network and Device Integrity
You are responsible for the configuration and security of your network devices connected to the platform. You must not use the VPN tunnel for purposes other than router management through the platform. You must ensure that your RADIUS and network configuration does not expose subscriber data to unauthorized parties.
Enforcement
Violations may result in: warning and request to remedy; temporary suspension of the affected workspace; permanent termination for severe or repeated violations. We will notify you of violations and give reasonable time to remedy, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other users.
